Workout on Vacation with this Beach Workout

Run 400 meters

20x squats

10x push ups

Repeat 2x

Run 400 meters

20 x walking lunges

10 x shoulder push ups

repeat 2x

Then…..

15 x jump squats

shuffle 15 steps down and back

15 x moutain climbers

20 x T push Up

Repeat 2x

This can be done anywhere!!

Follow this routine with 10-20 minutes of stretching/yoga poses.
