Leg Day August 30th

Last Sunday was leg day and it was so good I decided to do another version today.  Some of the exercises were from M & F Hers and were a great addition to leg day.

 

Here you go!!

Warmed Up with Abs

Stability Ball Pike 3 x 10 (place your feet on a stability and your hands on the floor or bench, bring the ball towards your upper body without bending your legs)

Stability Ball crunches 3 x 25

1 Leg Slider Lunge w/KB 3 x 15

DB Calf Raises 3 x 25

Leg Press with feet high on platform 3 x 15

LP Calf Raises 3 x 20

Adductor 3 x 15

1 Leg Push Down using assisted pull up machine 3 x 12

Leg Curl Drop Sets 3 x 10, 10, 10, 10 (85lb, 70, 55, and 40)

Leg Extensions 4 x 15

Walking Lunges x 100

30 minutes on Arc Trainer

**I paired exercises together for supersets and minimized my rest to keep my heart rate up.
