Back Workout 9/7/14

Today I took some video of my back workout, forgive me my camera angles are not the best but hey it’s my first video! Right now I am doing a lot of supersets to keep my heart rate up and occasionally I work some fun stuff in like handstands. When I do handstands I lower 1 leg towards the floor for more emphasis on my upper body and abs. Lately, my workouts have had more of a burning focus rather than a certain number of reps or weight and I feel I see more changes this way. I have to admit I had a lot of fun doing this video and will try some more in the near future. If this helps motivate you at all please let me know, I would love to hear your story!

Handstand Hold
with
Bent Over DB Row
3 x 15

Machine Row (palms down)
3 x 15, 12, 10
Ended with 45 minutes on the Arc Trainer
