Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring! I find that people often have the motivation to eat healthily but because they don’t know how to mix things up they eat the same things over and over. When you constantly eat the same things day in day out you will eventually find your taste buds getting bored and you WILL start craving! If you want to stay consistent with a healthy lifestyle you have to put some work in the kitchen and play around with flavors you love.
