Warm Up

3 minutes @ 3.0 mph/ 3% incline

2 minutes @ 5.5 mph/ 3% incline

2 minutes @ 2.5 mph/ 15% inlcine

1 minute @ 5 mph/ 6% incline

1 minute @ 7-8mph/ 1% incline

1 minute @ 3.5-4 mph/ 1% incline

2 minutes @ 5.5 mph/ 3% incline

2 minutes @ 2.5-3 mph/ 15% incline

1 minute @ 5 mph/ 6% incline

1 minute @ 7-8 mph/ 1% incline

1 minute @ 3.5-4 mph/ 1% incline

2 minutes @ 5.5-6 mph/ 2% incline

1 minute @ 2.5 mph/ 2% incline

Cool Down 5 minutes @ 2-3 mph/ 0% incline
